The Democratic Republic of Jaajistan was formally declared on 7 March 2018, born from a collective vision of autonomy, civic order, and self-determined governance. Jaajistan emerged in response to growing disillusionment with existing supranational structures and the erosion of communal sovereignty.
The National Assembly of Jaajistan is the sole legislative body, composed of elected citizen-representatives serving four-year terms. Legislative decisions are subject to constitutional review by the High Tribunal of Jaajistan, an apolitical body of jurists selected through rigorous civil examinations.
The Office of the Supreme Representative acts as the head of state and custodian of national unity, while executive functions are carried out by the Council of Ministers, led by the Premier of the Republic. Military and civil services are integrated into the National Civic Guard, an institution tasked with defense, infrastructure, and the training of future officers of the state.
